Q. I ordered a car seat cover but did not receive the free belt, where is it?
A. The reason you received the seat cover first is because they are being shipped from separate warehouses. That being said, don't worry! This isn't usually the case but the seatbelt is on its way!
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We really wanted to offer free shipping to all of our customers and to do this we decided to use regular snail mail. Given this, you can expect it will take from 10-20 business days for your order to be delivered.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and due to conditions outside of our control - such as bad weather and holiday seasons. Additionally, order processing time can vary depending on the time of day that the order was placed.

Q. Is shipping FREE?
A. Yup! We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders!
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For the US and most other countries you will not have to pay customs, but this can depend on where you are located and if you order more than (1) item.
